Hi, I have the restore message displaying on my ipad; I have tried the reset by pressing the vol and power buttons until the apple logo appears but it just reverts back to the restore screen. Help needed please!

You’ll need access to a PC (with iTunes installed) or a Mac (with iTunes or Finder - as appropriate for the installed version of macOS). Use if a computer to restore the device is unavoidable. If you don’t have access to a suitable computer of your own, that of a helpful friend or family member will suffice. Alternatively, the technicians at the Genius Bar of your local Apple Store will be happy to assist.
