icloud payment

Hello!


Today Apple tried to take money for the icloud storage from my card. But they couldn’t do this.


The reason is, I guess, that in December the card was relaunched because December 2020 was the issue month for the card.


Now it is the same card but with new requisites. I can’t change them in my icloud, but also when I add a new card (same but with new requisites) it is said that the card is already there.


And I also can’t delete the card to add the new because it’s connected with icloud services.


I don’t know what to do :)

Did you try changing the card via - Change, add, or remove Apple ID payment methods - Apple Support?
