ICloud storage payment

I have an issue with the ICloud Payment. The card used for my monthly Icloud storage payments has expired and therefore thrown away therefore i would like to add my new card for current and future monthly payments. However I am not able to delete the expired card as there is a subscription attached to it! The payment cannot be chargef from that card though since i have no money in it and the card has been thrown away too. How can i delete this card and transfer the outstanding payment and future ones to my apple pay?

- If you are updating an old card and have ongoing subscriptions you may need to first add the new card and make it the primary payment method before deleting the old card.
