Cant remove/ add payment method for iCloud subscription

Hi!

My old card expired and got an email from apple that they will be downgrading my icloud storage back to 5 GB if i cannot provide a viable payment method. I tried to add my new card but it declined. I also tried to remove my old card but it declined from removing it as well as i have one unpaid payment.

What should i do?

payment details for icloud hi there, i recently received an email saying my payment details needed updating for my icloud storage account to be maintained or it would revert to 5gb standard. I did log in and renew my details with the addition of cvc number for my card, yet it has still reverted back as i recieved and email telling me today i was over my storage. I have been on the increased 200gb for years. And it seems to keep not accepting my payment details i have also attempted to add paypal as my default payment method however it still doesn’t appear that i can process it in order to update my subscription?

iCloud payment I received an email saying I needed to enter new payment method. My account had fraudulent activity on it from iTunes so I had to cancel and reorder my bank card. It will take 7-10 business days to get a new card. I would like to wait for my new card to update my payment information and request that there is no downgrade in my storage or loss of my storage. thanks.
