Weird bug where my signal bars are not highlighted so I'm unable to receive calls or SMS, however 3G and LTE icon still shows and my device does have mobile carrier internet? I've tried to restart the device factory, reinstall the firmware, restart network settings?
I did that yesterday and they told me the device is faulty but the weird thing is that I still have 3g but no signal bars, I have attached an example, is there any way to fix this? its very uncomfortable not being able to receive calls or send SMS
