Unable to make and receive calls on iOS14.0.1

iPhone 7 plus.

iOS 14.0.1

Issue: Cant make or receive calls on mobile network, WhatsApp, Zoom.

Connected to 4G and WiFi internet and able get online.

I have tried the below

A. Reset Network in settings

B. Reboot multiple times.

C. Removed and inserted the SIM.

No luck
