Iphone should have features like Secure folder like Samsung where we can keep our confidential data in case we need to share mobile with friends or relatives

Meanwhile, I agree with QuickTimeKirk: if you don't trust someone to respect your privacy, don't hand them your phone.

Still i feel this Secure folder is awesome features by which we can create private space and freely share mobile to take photos with friends or relatives.

This overconfidance will not work for long term their are twenty of good things which ios can implement.

I really don't understand what you mean by "overconfidence". I'm rarely overconfident in the ability of other people to respect privacy. That's why my phone is locked and there is almost no one I would hand it to unlocked. Other people can take pictures from your phone without you needing to unlock it.
And, speaking as someone who has done tech support for cell phones for the last 25 years, both professionally and as a hobby, the kind of "secure folder" thing you're talking about becomes a nightmare when people forget their passwords. And, I'm not being at all over confident when I say that happens quite often.
There are plenty of third party apps in the App Store.
Enable Guided Access before handing over an iPhone to kids
The entire device is secure.
If you don't trust someone they should not use your device.
