(Apple) emails is suddenly in my sisters name?!? Instead of mine, don’t know how it’s happened and my sister doesn’t use Apple... can’t get any help anywhere

Hmm, try deleting the email account and adding it back:

If you can’t send or receive emails on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
