Repetitive pop-up to sign in to Podcast on new Mac-Mini M1 running BigSur OS: How to Get Rid of it?

Why does this keep popping up and how can I terminate it? (It seemingly began when exploring whether to purchase Intuit's Quickbooks for Mac and/or when I downloaded Microsoft Office Home and Business... Extremely irritating!!!

Mac mini, OS X 10.10

Hi Scout4Wizdom,

If we understand correctly, you're seeing repeated prompts to sign into the Podcast app on your Mac.

If you don't intend on using the app, make sure the app isn't currently open. It may be running, even if windows for the app have been closed. The following page explains how: Quit apps on Mac

If you do plan to use the Podcasts app, you can learn how to sign in with your Apple ID, here: Sign in to Podcasts on Mac

We hope this helps!
