Headphone volume

When using iPhone to stream music I plug my iPhone into Bluetooth radio.. the volume set at number three . Then notifications headphone volume to high appears automatically shuts down to lower volume.. I don’t use headphone or ear pods why is this happening and how do I correct this problem.

Apple Music on iPhone volume very low through Bluetooth speaker Apple Music volume is very low on my iPhone even when turned up to max when played through Bluetooth speakers or my Denon audio. This seems to be a recent problem. I don’t use headphones but I kept getting volume warning messages as if I was before the volume reduced. I’ve tried various hacks but the one I can’t try is switching off volume cap as it is longer seems to exist. As it stands it’s pretty useless - quiet tracks are verging on inaudible. Any suggestions please? Thanks!

bluetooth headphones Hello. Im asking for help. Iphone 12 With bluetooth headphones, the volume is still too loud at the minimum setting. If I want music to put me to sleep, that’s impossible. because it is simply too loud. I used different headphones and different apps, the problem is the same everywhere. Thanks for the answers. It is a WHO recommendation and cannot be removed in 14.3
