My Podcast Feed Won't Update! Help!

I recently updated my website along with the WordPress plugin that I use for updating my podcast on iTunes and other platforms. When I did that, the podcast RSS feed stayed the same, yet it is not updating at all on here or other platforms. I have put out 5 new episodes, all of which appear on my site, but not here.

I've tried uploading on my site using powerpress code and using traditional uploading. Either way, it didn't work. I would truly appreciate some help on this! I've been very stressed out about it and, at this point, don't have anywhere else to turn. Thank you!!

The latest episode to show in Apple Podcasts Browse is that of January 8: and that is also the latest episode in the feed, so subscribing in Podcasts is the same.

So the subsequent episodes which are on your website haven't made their way into the feed - so there is something you need to do which you haven't done. I'm afraid I can't advise on this but if you can't work it out you could try Blubrry Support.

Incidentally your feed is very slow to load: I was still able to subscribe but there was quite a long delay so you should look into that in case you hit timeouts.
