Perform the following in the order provided:

1. Try Unpairing, then Re-pairing: Go Here: If you can't connect a Bluetooth accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support. Perhaps things need to re-sync as trusted devices.

2. Try New Batteries: Perhaps, the batteries are going dead.

3. Try a New Keyboard: If the new one works, then this one you are currently using is likely a damaged device.
