Close Safari, then re-open Safari while holding the shift key.

You are quite welcome.

No, such messages are designed to scare the user into calling the bogus displayed number, at which time they would extort hundreds of dollars from you for a non-existent problem. The key thing to remember is that you may see more of those messages, but they will be scams. Don't become one of their victims
