We are all end users just like you so we have no idea. I would recommend that you begin by calling AppleCare. Please have all of your sales information available, including invoices, place of purchase, etc... so when you call you can be as specific as possible. Also if you have specific information about the offer, have that too.


If you don't know AppleCare's number, in the USA it is 800-275-2273.
