How to reset Apple Watch and pair again if you have too many passcode attempts.

I have locked my Apple Watch using too many passcode attempts. I’ve tried restarting/resetting the watch to pair again but no solution.

If you forgot your Apple Watch passcode - Apple Support lists your options to reset your Watch Passcode.
