How do you correct a mute on your phone after a brief conversation?

Hard to say. You need to more clearly explain what you mean by correcting a mute. What exactly is happening? Are you referring to your ability to speak in the conversation, or something else?


If the iPhone is muting your microphone, are you holding the iPhone up to your ear? Have you tried to see if the screen is blacking out when you bring the iPhone up to your ear? It is possible that the proximity sensor is not working properly, or that you may have a screen protector or case that is blocking the sensor.

I have the same problem with muting or speakerphone being activated. Also when I hang up the phone will automatically dial the next person in the recent call list. Apple has really gone down hill now they’re rolling out new features without fixing the current problems. This is a big flaw with Apple using us as guinea pigs to fix their problems rather than getting some engineers that know what the **** they’re doing so they can roll out a decent update.
