battery health

i bought iphone 11 pro max 4 monthes ago and my battery health is 94%. should i change my battery or what?

No. What you are seeing is not necessarily unusual. Apple does not consider an iPhone's battery needs to be replaced unless it cannot hold, at least, an 80% charge after 500 full recharging cycles.

iPhone batteries are fit for use until they drop below 80%. There's no point in looking at your battery health unless your phone isn't working properly or you're near the end of your warranty. So, if, when you're warranty is running out, your battery is at or below 80%, make arrangements to get it replaced. Other than that, don't worry about it.
