What plan do I need with Sprint to join the Apple Upgrade Program? My current plan won't allow me to join the Upgrade Program. Every time I enter my number and zip code it say I have an unsupported plan and to contact my carrier. Contacting Sprint is an absolute waste of time, they just want me to come into the store and upgrade with them.
In all likelihood, you have a business account. The upgrade program is not available to business users. It is only available for personal devices.
