What is the differnece between an unlocked Sprint Iphone 12 Pro and an Iphone 12 Pro unlocked?

What is the difference between an unlocked Sprint Iphone 12 Pro and an Iphone 12 Pro unlocked? Is there an advantage to buying the phone one way or the other as my provider is Sprint.

If you plan on using your iPhone on other networks around the world you need it to be unlocked. Since Sprint is gone if you want this go with the pure unlocked version.
