Apple Pencil for iPad

My Apple Pencil isn’t working at all, I did all the steps to reset it but it only writes on one particular side and it’s hard to figure which side when I’m in class.

Apple pencil not working properly I recently bought an iPad 9th generation and an apple pencil 1st generation. From the begging when i write (mostly i use goodnotes but it happens in other apps as well) sometimes it stops writing and its very annoying, most of the time i have to write randomly in another part of the page to make it work and it happens very often. I tried a few things: -Reconnecting the pencil -Restarting the iPad -Restoring the iPad -Writing without the case I thought the problem was the apple pencil but it turns out it works perfectly in other devices. Any ideas of what can I do?

Apple pencil not writing on some parts of the screen Mostly mu apple pencil 2 is writing well at my ipad mini but occassionally it is not writing on some part of a page (eg writing a word and a few letters don’t turn up on the page). Sometimes when I keep trying it sill work, sometimes not. I think it is on the same part of the ipad most of the time though not always. It feels to me it is a ipad problem not a pencil problem? Somebody have any idea how to fix it? Or just go to the Apple store (both ipad and pencil pretty new). Thank you! 🙏🏼

Apple Pencil is not working My pencil connects to my iPad but it doesn’t write anything. I have tried tightening the tip, replacing the tip, and disconnecting and reconnecting but nothing is working. What do I do?

What do you mean it only writes on one side. One side of the Pencil, or one side of the screen? What generation Pencil do you have? Have you checked to ensure it is charged fully? Check to see that the tip is screwed on tightly? Have you dropped this Pencil lately?
