My iPad signed me out from iMessage and FaceTime. I can't get the iPad to reactivate iMessage.
The error message reads the following: iMessage activation
Unable to once to the iMessage server.
Try Again.
I've tries the following:
Restating my iPad as well as disabling iMessage and turning it back on.
my iOS is on the latest version.
Please help

I already tried everything in the page. I can't even turn off iMessage on the iPad. It keeps trying to sign me in to my Apple ID I can't even access the Messages section in the settings. All I see in the Messages section of iMessage is
my Apple ID email and under that a greyed out sign in button
