How do I enable email to message on my child’s phone

How can I enable sending messages to email on my daughter’s phone (iPhone SE)?

These other friends, do they have iOS devices and have iMessage activated with their Apple IDs? If so, then if you have iMessage turned on for her, she should be able to send iMessages to them. However, you mention SMS, and that is not an iMessage, it is text message that would be used with Android devices and requires cellular. Please indicate if the people she wishes to message are iOS users and if they have iMessage activated.

Are you referring to the ability for her to send an email? She needs to have an email account to be able to do that. Messages is not made to send like an email, except sending a message to someone that does not have a phone and uses an iPad. Then it would have to have that person's Apple ID. If I'm not answering your question, you may need to better explain what you are trying to do.
