Dear Team, I created a Apple ID for my child which is the new email account on icloud. Somehow in the mail app, my child is not able to receive any messages. My child can sent email but not receive. How must I configure the iPhone settings for this?
See if anything here helps. If necessary, try deleting the email account and then adding it back.

It’s not working, on sending the mail from the account itself, it saves the recipient was rejected by the server because the user is unknown. How can this error message be possible, the account can send messages to external email address! Don’t understand unfortunately all this.
