See if anything here helps. If necessary, try deleting the email account and then adding it back.

It’s not working, on sending the mail from the account itself, it saves the recipient was rejected by the server because the user is unknown. How can this error message be possible, the account can send messages to external email address! Don’t understand unfortunately all this.
