How to fix a frozen Iphone.

I tried to reset my iphone XS Max settings. But it is stuck on the Apple icon screen with a loading bar. It's been like this for several hours. Any idea how i can fix this ?

I tried the restart options several times. i can feel the phone vibrating when i try to restart the phone.

It is kinda urgent to get the phone fixed.

PLEASE HELP.
