Phone will not let me delete any apps

i think the last game I downloaded did something to my ph. I cannot Delete any apps at all. Not from storage thru settings or holding down on it.

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > iTunes & App Store Purchases > Deleting Apps [Allow]
