Iphone 11 won’t work

I was setting up my iPhone 11 and I was transferring stuff from my iPhone 7 to the 11 and it turned if randomly. I can’t turn it on now and I don’t think it has finished transferring my files and stuff like that

Restart the device. That's it.
Still not solved --> Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

I have tried the steps you have provided me and it won’t work I have been trying to charge it and what happens is it shows the Apple logo then a couple of seconds later it disappears and it continuously does that while on charge
