Battery !

My battery runs down at full speed after charging. Battery health shows me 100% which I feel is an indication there’s no issue with the battery . Sometimes I plug the phone and it doesn’t charge and sometimes stays too long too before it eventually comes on while charging.

What do u think is the issue??? I went and deactivated my maximum battery capacity thinking it’s the problem but now it’s worse...
