iMessage not verifying

I’m having the same issue, iMessage and FaceTime aren’t verifying. Tried the reset of network settings and that hasn’t worked for me. My phone provider are sending me a new sim, has this worked for anyone else?

Face time and Imessage I have the iPhone SE and I don’t have a Sim Card. I updated it to the IOS 13.1.2 yesterday and then I tried to text and FaceTime and it says I need to verify it. When I log in to verify it, it takes a while then says I can’t contact the iMessage or FaceTime server, try again. I don’t know what to.

Settings, Messages,

turn off imessage

Face time, sign out

Restart the phone

Reverse the two actions above.
