Unable to login to TestFlight

Hello everyone,

unfortunately, I am facing a problem that lasts for days.

When I want to log in to TestFlight using my business email I always get the error message "iTunes account creation not allowed. This AppleID cannot be used with the iTunes Store at this time. Please try again later."

After a few days, suddenly, apps that I am testing appears on TestFlight which means he logged in on his own.


Has anyone had a similar issue and does they know what the solution is?

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. Sounds like you are running into an issue when trying to test an app using TestFlight, do we have that right? If so, where are attempting to sign in? If you are signed into iTunes & App Store, make sure you are signed out and open the app you are attempting to test. The app will prompt you to log in. Enter your credentials at that time and see if you get the same error message.
