Removing web link from home screen

I’m trying to remove a few web links I’ve put on my iPhone I Pro home screen. When I press to edit the home screen, the icons wiggle but I’m unable to delete them. How can I get rid of these??

Go to Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions/iTunes & App Store and turn Deleting Apps to Allow.
