25fps video recording on an iPhone (PAL) - solving flickering video (Europe)

There were several questions about video recording and flickering problems. Please take look at the settings -> camera -> record video -> tab "show PAL formats" and then set it to 25 or 50 fps. Since most of our lamps are set to 50Hz and when you record with 30/60 Fps, it flickers. Happy deflicker :)
