Deleting music from one apple device

I have two iphones and an ipad. I want to delete all of the music from one iphone, as it is used primarily for work, and the music is taking up a lot of space. My music is a combination of items purchased from iTunes and downloads from Apple music. I no longer have a PC and the only way I would access iTunes is from my ipad or iphone.

If deleted from one phone, I want to make sure that it is still available on the other iphone and the ipad. Is this possible?

It sounds like you're wanting to delete content from one device without affecting the other. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.

Songs downloaded directly on your iPad would not be removed when deleting songs from your iPhone. Apple Music content that is not downloaded for offline play may be removed and need to be redownloaded. You can learn more about that here: Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music
