Go to settings>general>iPhone storage>select the app>delete app.

Actually, you didn’t have to reset all settings. You only had to reset Settings/Screen Time/Content & Privacy Restrictions - iTunes & App Store Purchases - change Deleting Apps to Allow.
And I did so before printing out and saving :-)
Unless you change it to Not Allowed, it will remember the setting and you won’t need to do it again.
