Hey there sofie98,

We'd like to help get your screen working in your preference.

Let's start ruling out some possible causes:

  1. As you mentioned the colors remain inverted when you disable this feature, we wanted to explain that there are two color invert options: Smart Invert and Classic Invert. Both options can be found within Settings > Accessibility > Display & Text Size. You'll want to confirm both options are disabled. We also recommend checking if Color Filters or Zoom Filters are enabled. This link has more details: Use display and text size preferences on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch
  2. We see you have iOS 14 installed, but the latest is iOS 14.3. You can verify which version number is installed within Settings > General > About. Here's a link that'll show how to first back up, then Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
  3. If you already have iOS 14.3 installed, along with both invert options disabled, this link shows how to Restart your iPhone.
