Touchscreen compatible with MacOS and/or Airplay?

I use a lot of photos for graphic work. Instead of buying an iPad, all I need is a touchscreen that I can vesa-mount on the wall and touch-zoom, turn, images for viewing.

I have found many older articles, but since there are new products out like Dell P2418HT, I wonder if any folks here might comment.

I just need to display the image to that monitor and be able to touch-manipulate it (zoom in/out, turn, etc).
