iPhone 8 Plus camera doesn't work

Hello,

I have an 2 years old iPhone 8 running the latest iOS (14.3), couple a days ago the rear 1x camera started to show black screen, and now the front camera stopped saving photos, videos it does though.

I have restored the iPhone to factory settings, and the front camera worked just fine.

After I restored from backup, the front camera stopped saving images again.

What could be the reason for that and does it related to the rear camera? thank you
