Double date and time on lock screen

Recently when waking my phone, I have some "ghosting" of date and time going on. The date of Tuesday, January 9 and 9:41 show up behind the actual date and time. I have tried using different pictures and it does this every time. I have also tried powering down my phone and still nothing changes.
