Is it possible to manually add immunization records to the Apple Health app?
My providers are not synced - neither Ascension Health in Kansas nor my PCP in Texas, so I added the info from my patient portals under medications. Actually, Quest Diagnostics is the only linked source I have. Thank you for that advice.
Only in Notes. Alternatively, if you sync to your medical provider’s electronic medical records system have your provider add it to your record in the system and it will sync to the health app.
