How to create duplicates of draft emails in Outlook 365 (v.16.45) for Mac

I just updated my Outlook 365, and now a favorite function is no longer working. Does anyone know how to create duplicates of emails in the drafts folder? (It used to be that you could hold down option while clicking on the email, and a green plus sign would appear; then you could drag the email to create a duplicate.)
