wireless keyboard and trackpad keep disconnecting

Recently bought a new Mac Mini and added a new keyboard and trackpad. First few days, everything was fine. Then it stopped working unless I have the devices plugged in. Fully charged, and nothing was added to the workspace that would account for the interference.

Have you tried un-pairing and re-pairing the devices?

*Choose Apple menu --> System Preferences, then click Bluetooth.

*Hover the pointer over the device you want to remove, then click the Cancel (X) button that appears next to the device's name.

After you remove the Bluetooth device, you'll have to repeat the pairing process.

If you've tried that, do you have any other bluetooth devices you can connect to the system to see if they too keep disconnection? Try to rule out a problem with the bluetooth radio in the Mini...
