Phone Number To IPad
So my phone is not working right now because the screen is broke but is there a way how I can transfer my iPhone number to my iPad

You cannot transfer phone number to an iPad.
iPad do not have a voice line.
iPad can only call/receive via an active iPhone (using the same Apple ID & password).
In iPhone's Settings > Phone > Calls On Other Devices > your iPad here.
