How do you even login with there Apple ID when it’s literally just all dots.

I can’t login into the iPad because it’s perused and I read something on this website that said to login with there Apple ID but the Apple ID is just all dots.

It is expected that you know your own AppleID. The dots are there to obscure the AppleID for people who do not know that AppleID and its password. If that device is tied to a another persons AppleID then only that person will be able to sign in. And only that person can then sign the AppleID out to release it for use by someone else.
