My iphone has been stuck on endless apple logo and all the steps i've followed weren't working. My last bet was to do a system restore but even then it is not working and i get error code (9). What can I do next?

It might be a hardware problem. To check for software options:
Do you have any 3rd party antivirus or “helpful” applications like MacKeeper on your computer? Have you tried restarting the Mac? Have you tried restarting it in Safe Mode (hold the SHIFT key while restarting it)?
Update: I decided yo give it another shot a followed the steps that If you see error 9, 4005, 4013, or 4014 when you restore your iOS device - Apple Support gave but this is what i keep ending up with. Also when I keep getting the errors, the phone im trying to fix keeps the support.apple.com/iphone/restore. Is there nothing else I can do?
