how can I use Apple fitness on my Mac book?

how can I use Apple fitness on my Mac book? I neither have Apple TV nor ipad. I just have apple watch and iphone but both screens are too small to follow the fitness+ videos

You cannot use Apple Fitness+ on a Mac. You have to use an iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV HD or 4K.
