More than 4 clocks in World Clock widget

I need more than 4 clocks, I frequently checking time across few people in different timezones. So I managed to change the cities in 1st widget, then added 2nd World clock widget, but unfortunately after adding the 2nd widget, I cannot edit the cities, it keep showing "Cuppertino, Tokyo, Sydney, Paris". And now I cannot edit the 1st widget as well.

Sorry, I just read the first part of your question again after posting about it not working.

Adding another clock widget worked for me and I'm also running Big Sur. All I did was to click on the Menu Bar clock, then on Edit Widgets at the foot of the widget screen, dragged another World Clock to the list of widgets on the right. Then selected new cities and clicked on Done. Is this the same as for your system?
