I want to add a specific city from a time zone and I am not finding it in the list. Is there a way to add cities to the list?

You don't. You provide a city within the same time zone, or the nearest city name in the remote time zone, whichever is relevant.

Heh, that is what I did ... New Delhi for India and Charlotte for NC ...
But I am a little disappointed that I couldn't choose Raleigh, especially since I could for my local time-zone setting on the laptop ... Same is true for Bangalore ( Bengaluru ), India.
How do we petition to get specific cites added to the list? :)
