the is no reset option in general settings why?

Is this your corporate iPhone? Do you have any profile installed by your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management then please contact the system administrator of your corporate / organisation / enterprise / School Management


If you have installed it on your own --> Install or remove configuration profiles on iPhone - Apple ...

What do you see?


Tap Settings

Tap General

Tap Software update (It should be the 2nd entry, just below About)


If you don’t see either, your phone is most likely either:

A: Jailbroken

B: Managed by a company or school under Mobile Device Management
