I lost my SIM card and I cannot recover the password from iCloud


Good afternoon, I lost the SIM card to which the icloud was tied, and the account was created by the employees of the Yabloki store in Ukraine! and did not give me the password, upon arrival at the Apple store, they refused to say anything and said that this was not a warranty case, is it possible to restore my account in any way?

For the Apple ID password, enter the Apple (iCloud) ID, and click Forgot Password. See if you can get an email option if necessary.
