It seems possible for Adobe Acrobat Reader to be downloaded on macOS 11.0 Big Sur.

So does Zoom:

A simple restart sometimes helps eliminate certain problems.
Or see if deleting the .pkg or .dmg files and then re-downloading them helps.

Hope this can solve your problem! ;)
Both Zoom and Adobe Reader can't be installed.
When trying to install Adobe Acrobat, it freezes and can't finish the installation.
I do think that my Mac Os update is fine and not the problem.
Just wondering if Zoom and Adobe are sufficiently up to date with Mac Os 11.1

FWIW, it does take some time to install because it first has to be translated. It may appear frozen when it isn't.
What happened when you tried? I have it installed on both Intel and M1 Macs running Big Sur.
I can't speak about Zoom. I don't use it. As I mentioned, I have Adobe Acrobat Reader DC installed on more than one Mac running Big Sur 11.1.
How much free space is on the drive?
It may not be certified for M1 so run it through rosseta
I have it installed on both Intel and M1 Macs, they are quite running good, did you get any error while installing Adobe Acrobat Reader?
let me know if it is not solved yet!
